The only negative I could see was that it sat right over the parking lot at the pier, but clearly that did not affect the sale. I thought it was priced correctly for what it was, and clearly so did the buyer since he came in the first week and bought it for full price. This seller unlike so many others priced it right. Others have tried for much higher numbers when their house was not worth it, and then it ends up sitting on the market forever and never selling or selling for a lot less than if they priced it right to begin with.
